5 Axis Router
Our Thermwood 5 axis router provides us with flexibility and consistency when creating the plastics for our cabs. With our router we are able to first create the moulds for our thermoformer and then later take that moulded plastic part and cut and trim it very precisely and consistently.
The 10 x 15' deck on our 5 axis router gives us room to grow as the scale of our products grow. This flexibility of this unit also allows very simple and fast turn around on new products. No new tools need to be created. This router is ready to tackle any new project that we take on.
